Mobile tall forward Jackie Parry has cemented her place as one of Geelong’s key goalkicking targets, with her ability in the air, on the lead and in front of goal rising to another level in the past 12 months. After playing as a high forward in her first season in the Hoops and scoring three goals from nine scoring shots, Parry played deeper in the 2023, amassing 16 goals from 27 scoring shots, including two bags of three in an impressive start to the season. Parry’s marking ability is another strength of her game, ranked equal-third in the league for overall marks (56) and second for contested marks (21) and marks inside 50 (27).

Geelong Football Club acknowledges Wadawurrung as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land on which our club, our families and our communities work and play. We pay our respects to Elders of the past, the present, and those that will lead their collective future. Kardinyu, in Wadawurrung language is the place of the morning sun, a place of deep cultural connection and significance, a meeting place since the beginning of time. We are honoured to walk with the Wadawurrung People, to listen, respect and talk together on our journey on Wadawurrung Country.
