General Manager – Marketing, Digital and Communications

Bianca was appointed to the newly created role of General Manager – Marketing, Digital and Communications in late 2021.

Prior to joining the Geelong Football Club, Bianca spent the past 10 years at the Global Holding Company Publicis Groupe, where she was the Executive Director of Content & Sport, ANZ.

Bianca has enjoyed a successful career in media and marketing spanning 17 plus years, working across media & PR, marketing, digital, content, social, brand creative and much more.

As General Manager – Marketing, Digital & Communications, Bianca is responsible for delivering ideas and results for our club, community, players and partners, through creativity and integration, innovation and technology and new product development.

A passionate sports player and fan, Bianca had no choice but to follow Geelong when she met her Cats enthusiastic husband and hasn’t looked back. With their son, it is very much a blue and white hooped household in Melbourne.
