Geelong forward Jeremy Cameron has had more than a few highlights since joining the Cats, but he’s been officially recognised this week with a Rebel Goal of the Year nomination.
Cameron has been nominated for his late-game 40 metre snap, hugged up against the boundary in the shadows of the big screen.
Fox Footy's Gerard Healy called it "pure magic."
Yet, it may not even have been Cameron’s best goal of the game, with his 45-metre snap running away from goal under heavy Adelaide pressure in the third quarter missing the cut.
Whichever your preference, one thing is clear: no one can do what Jezza can do.
The nominated goal was Cameron’s fourth and final major for the game, his 32nd for the year, and his 498th for his career.
