Geelong has made two changes to the team that went down to Fremantle last weekend, with Esava Ratugolea and Mark O’Connor coming in to replace the injured pair of Mark Blicavs and Tom Hawkins.

It’ll be Ratugolea’s first game at AFL level since Round 17 against North Melbourne but injuries to key talls Hawkins and Blicavs, and strong VFL form, including a 20 disposal, 8 mark, and 16 hitout performance last weekend, sees the 25-year-old recalled to the side.

O’Connor was last week named as the substitute, replacing Blicavs in the second quarter, and will play his 19th game for the season against Port Adelaide on Saturday night.

Jed Bews, Shannon Neale, Sam Menegola and Brandan Parfitt round out the Emergencies.

The visiting Power hasn’t won at GMHBA Stadium since Round 21, 2007, and arrive in Geelong having lost three straight after 13 straight wins. They are currently in second spot on the ladder.

The Cats will name their substitute one hour before the first bounce
