Geelong’s dominant win against the Gold Coast on Saturday has been reflected in the AFLCA votes with the Cats completing a clean sweep.
When the match was there to be won in the first half, Mitch Duncan was the standout player on the ground. He finished the game with 32 disposals and a goal to receive a perfect 10 votes from Chris Scott and Stuart Dew.
Gary Ablett turned back to the clock against his former side, receiving eight votes for his 37 disposal and three goal game.
Sam Menegola (three), Mark Blicavs (three), Joel Selwood (two) and Tim Kelly (two) were the other players to receive votes in a strong all-round team performance.
The Cats will host North Melbourne in round 12 at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
