Geelong midfielder Scott Selwood is taking promising strides in his recovery from ankle surgery.

Speaking to the nib Medical Room, Cats head physio Mark Young said the former Eagle was impressing medical staff with his rehabilitation work.

“Scooter is doing really well for where he is at the moment.”  Young said.

“He’s running, he’s looking confident on the track and we’re quite excited where he has got to in his rehab, we feel like he is making good progress.”
