Tom Lonergan
Was a late withdrawal from the team that defeated the Brisbane Lions on Sunday at Simonds Stadium after failing to shake off a bout of calf soreness. Remains a chance to line up against Essendon in the Country Game at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.

Cory Gregson
Was dropped from the AFL side after a quiet start to the season but didn't play in the VFL as he was an emergency for the clash with the Lions. Will be pushing hard on the training track to regain his place in the team for the game against the Bombers.

Jordan Murdoch
Missed the clash with the Lions due to niggling soreness. Like Lonergan, he will be assessed during the week.

George Horlin-Smith
Was best on ground in the VFL Cats' win over the AFL Academy. Tallied 30 disposals and eight clearances and is pushing hard for an AFL call-up.
