Michael Luxford
Was an emergency for the AFL team's game against Port Adelaide on Friday night. Travelled to Adelaide, then returned to Geelong for Saturday's VFL game against North Ballarat at Simonds Stadium. Was a very impressive performer, tallying a team-high 28 disposals. Is a good chance to replace injured veteran James Kelly in the AFL team to play Melbourne on Sunday.

Jake Kolodjashnij
Was also an emergency for the AFL game against the Power. Stayed with the team during its entire trip to Adelaide, so didn't play at any level on the weekend. But had been one of the Cats' most consistent performers in the VFL in the previous few weeks.

Jarrad Jansen
Was the third emergency for the clash with Port Adelaide but didn't travel to Adelaide. Lined up in the VFL against North Ballarat and finished with 14 disposals, five tackles and five hit-outs.
