Geelong will tackle Gold Coast, Adelaide and Carlton in its three NAB Challenge games ahead of the 2015 AFL season.

The Cats will kick off their 2015 preseason campaign against the Suns in Townsville. The Cats are no stranger to far flung NAB Challenge games after taking on Melbourne in Alice Springs last year. The Cats will take on the Gary Ablett Jnr led Suns on Sunday March 1st at Tony Ireland Stadium. It will be the Cats first adventure to the North Queensland town.

After heading north the Cats will return home to host the Crows at Simonds Stadium on Thursday 12 March at 7:10pm. Geelong’s former premiership forward James Podsiadly will likely line up for the Crows alongside superstars Patrick Dangerfield, Rory Sloane and Tex Walker. It will also be the Crows second game under new coach Phil Walsh.

Finishing off their NAB Challenge campaign, Geelong will play its final pre-season hit out at Etihad Stadium on Sunday 22 March at 4:10pm against Carlton. Spurred by some heavy recruiting in the trade period, the Blues will be firing under veteran coach Mick Malthouse.

In a boost for fans, the AFL has announced that all 2015 AFL club members will get free access to NAB Challenge games.
