Neale found far more consistency at the top level in 2024, playing 15 AFL games and making a big impact in Geelong's forward structure alongside Jeremy Cameron. 

In his 15 appearances, Neale hit the scoreboard on 14 occasions while booting multiple goals in eight different games, finishing the season with 23 majors. 

His aerial ability was also impressive throughout the year, averaging four marks and one contested mark per game. 

With Tom Hawkins announcing his retirement last year, 2025 will be an important season for Neale as he looks to cement his place in Geelong's forward line.
