Tom Stewart’s brilliant season has continued with the defender awarded coaches votes for Saturday’s win over Carlton.
Stewart received eight votes from Chris Scott and Brendan Bolton taking his tally for the year to 28. Stewart has polled votes in five of the Cats ten games so far in 2018.
Stewart was dominant for the Cats against the Blues racking up 28 disposals, 12 marks and nine rebounds from 50.
Carlton midfielder Patrick Cripps also received eight votes for his 31 possession and eight clearances.
Mitch Duncan (5), Patrick Dangerfield (3) and Jack Henry (2) were the other Cats to poll votes whilst Lachie Plowman (2), Ed Curnow (1) and Kade Simpson (1) also polled for the Blues.
