When Joel Selwood and Chris Scott held aloft the 2022 AFL premiership in the middle of the MCG on September 24th this year, there were millions of eyes around the country, inside and outside the stadium, trained on the famous silverware.

Since then, there have been nearly as many hands on it as the cup has traveled far and wide as part of the Morris Premiership Cup Tour so the club could share its 2022 triumph with its passionate supporter base.

The official launch of the tour was on Friday, 28th October at GMHBA Stadium as the Cats hosted the Swans in an AFLW clash, before it hit the road, first landing at Ocean Grove SLSC, the Corio Village and then Torquay FNC.

It then traveled across Victoria more broadly, via Metro Melbourne, Ballarat, Horsham, and Mornington to name a few where countless fans, even a couple of opposition supporters, got their prized photo, any of them shared here.

The Cup has spent December visiting schools and Aged Care Facilities throughout the region and will eventually head interstate in first part of 2023 before settling into the trophy cabinet in the Premiership Stand for a well earned rest.
