Josh Jenkins will depart the Club after serving as Geelong’s part time ruck coach for the last two seasons.
Jenkins will continue to pursue his media career and is excited to spend more time with his wife Hannah and daughters Lottie, Willa, and Piper.
After playing 149 AFL games for Essendon, Adelaide and Geelong, Jenkins joined the Cats ahead of the 2022 season and has worked closely with the Club’s rucks and key position players throughout his time at the Club.
Geelong Cats General Manager of Football Andrew Mackie thanked Josh for his time at the Cattery.
“On behalf of the Club, we would like to thank Josh for his time and his contribution to our ruck and key position players.
“After arriving at the Cats as a player, Josh encapsulates what the Club is all about and we wish him the best as he continues his career in media.”
