Geelong’s Executive General Manager of Football Andrew Mackie has provided a GMHBA Health Update ahead of AFL Round 8, with the Cats back at the MCG to face the Pies in a blockbuster match up on Saturday night.
Last week, Jake Kolodjashnij, Xavier Ivisic and Keighton Matofai-Forbes all made successful returns via the VFL against Carlton, all playing a full game.
Gryan Miers continues to work through the AFL’s concussion protocols, while Cameron Guthrie and Jack Martin have begun to reintegrate into main training, with the pair to start increasing their training volume over the coming weeks.
