Geelong Cats can confirm Matthew Egan will depart the Club for a new position at the Western Bulldogs.
A former Geelong player, Egan joined the Club in October 2021 as Head of Development with a focus on working closely with the Cats core group of young players.
"It’s been great to have Matt back at the Cats for the past two seasons managing our development program," General Manager of Football Andrew Mackie said.
"Matt has been dedicated, worked tirelessly and had an impact on our program, we thank him for his contribution and wish him and his family all the best."
