Watt recognised for management
Geelong financial reporting manager recognised for being one of Australia's top young managers
Lauren joined the Cats in 2011. The judging panel was most impressed with Lauren's capabilities, achievements and commitment to developing her career.
The Australian Institute of Management instigated this national awards scheme for managers under 30 years of age to showcase the country’s best young executives and to encourage other young business professionals to become high achievers.
With an aging workforce, employers will need to fast track the management education of young business professionals. These young executives will have to assume managerial and leadership responsibilities at a younger age than did Gen X and baby boomer managers.
The club congratulates Lauren on her award and achievement.
