Lily Jordan has capped off a brilliant first season with the Cats, winning Geelong’s 2024 VFLW Best and Fairest award.

Jordan was a dominant force in 11 appearances for the Cats this season, averaging over 17 disposals and nine tackles per game to lead the way through the midfield.

Having spent 2023 with the Greater Western Victoria Rebels and Vic Country, Jordan proved why she is such a highly-touted youngster, particularly in her 28-disposal performance against Williamstown.

Jordan finished on top of the leaderboard with 57 votes for the season, with Breanna Pratt ending her stellar season in second place with 48 votes.

Pratt put together another consistent year in 2024, averaging 12.2 disposals while playing an instrumental role in Geelong’s back-to-back wins in Rounds 3 and 4, hitting the scoreboard in both contests.

Over the past four seasons, Pratt has become a staple of the Cats VFLW outfit, playing 48 games since the start of 2021 after crossing over from the Casey Demons.

Poppy Schaap rounded out the podium, finishing in third place, polling 47 votes to finish just one behind Pratt after a terrific season.
