The AFL has announced its 40-player squad for the 2024 AFL All-Australian team, with three Cats making the initial squad.

Jeremy Cameron, Max Holmes and Tyson Stengle have all been named in the squad, with the three Geelong stars recognised for their terrific home and away seasons.

Cameron is a three time All-Australian having made the team in 2013, 2019 and 2022 while also making the squad in 2015.

Along with his prolific season in the forward half, Cameron also averaged over 16 disposals and six marks per game while going at 67% disposal efficiency in a stellar campaign.

Max Holmes has earned the first All-Australian squad selection of his career after a breakout 2024 season, which saw the young gun play instrumental roles both across half back and through the midfield.

Tyson Stengle, who earned his first All Australian blazer in 2022, has been selected in this year’s squad in his third season with the Cats, following another strong year from one of the competition’s best small forwards.
