Tanner Bruhn flew out of the blocks in a blistering start on Monday night, recording seven votes in the opening five rounds to sit near the top of the leaderboard.

Bruhn had only polled one vote in his career (at GWS) heading into this year, but walked away with seven more as he continues to become an integral part of the Geelong midfield.
First Time Vote Getters
Jack Bowes – 4 Votes
It is hard to believe that a player with as much class as Jack Bowes had never polled a Brownlow vote, but he quickly changed that on Monday night with four votes in the 2024 edition.
Bowes received three votes in round 18 for a strong performance against Collingwood (24 disposals, 7 clearances) and added one more vote in round 23 for good measure.

Guthrie received his first three-vote game in round six against Brisbane (21 disposals, 737 metres gained), while also receiving another vote in round 9 against Port Adelaide.
Ollie Dempsey – 3 Votes
Ollie Dempsey added the first Brownlow votes of his career to go alongside his AFL Rising Star award, polling three votes to cap off a brilliant breakout season.
The young Cat polled two votes in round 12 against Richmond (27 disposals, 3 goals), adding one more vote in the round 16 win over Essendon.
