Henry on his connection with Connor O'Sullivan

Mentor sounds pretty formal, but we are good friends.

He is a great kid and we get along really well, we love working together and trying to get the best out of each other.

I am getting to a point where I do have a small bit of experience, just trying to pass on little things to him where I can.

It is similar to what Harry Taylor and guys like that did for me, mentor sounds strange but I love working with Connor. 

Henry on the Cats 2025 list

It has constantly evolved in terms of playing lists, we have got some new guys in which has been great. 

They have all been really good, it is nice having them training with us and they all ready to go this year. 

The younger guys are getting more experience, I think everyone is just as hungry as ever to have another crack at it.

I got through last year which was nice.

Being able to have a full pre-season this year, I am probably as fit as I have felt in a long time.

I am really excited for hopefully what I can bring this year.

That is definitely the plan [staying here long-term].

I have got the next five years here, I absolutely love this footy club.

They have given me so much, I can't see myself playing anywhere else.

I look forward to hopefully being competitive for the next five years, that is the goal, wanting to show up every year and do our best.

Hopefully the future can be similar to how the start of my career has been.
