We take a look at which player's are in contention to play the Saints at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday night.

MISSING IN ACTION

Esava Ratugolea
Hasn't played since round 12 as he recovers from a hamstring strain, but should be fine to face the Saints this week.

"We'd prefer to have Ratugolea in the team and it looks as if he'll be available, which is a good sign for us," coach Chris Scott said post-game.

Darcy Fort
Didn't feature on the weekend as he was the carry-over AFL emergency. Will be in the mix again this week.

TOP VFL PERFORMERS

James Parsons (two goals, 22 disposals, six marks)
Racked up 22 touches and six score involvements while chipping in with two important goals to be named Geelong’s best.

“Parso has had an amazing six weeks and the last two weeks he has looked a class above VFL level,” coach Shane O’Bree said post-match.

Lachie Henderson (21 disposals, eight rebound 50s, seven marks)
Building some nice form after a consistent past month. Marshalled the troops well in defence while collecting 21 disposals of his own. Could come into contention should Jake Kolodjashnij not get up this week.

Scott Selwood (21 disposals, 11 tackles, five score involvements)
Was ferocious in the contest with 11 tackles against the Hawks. His hard edge and work ethic will put him in the frame for his first AFL game of the year.

Sam Simpson (one goal, 15 disposals, five clearances)
Has developed his inside game this year and was again named in the Cats' best.

Wylie Buzza (Two goals, 12 disposals, eight marks)
Buzza was imposing up forward and could have been the most influential player on the ground if not for his wayward kicking on goal.

Zac Smith (19 Hit-outs, one goal, nine disposals)
Kicked a spectacular goal in the third quarter in an otherwise solid performance.

Quinton Narkle (one goal, 22 disposals, seven clearances)
Was solid in his second game back from injury with 22 touches and a goal.
