GEELONG is winding back the clock in round 12 to the days of bad hair, short shorts, meat pies, long socks and old school footy.

The Cats will don replica retro collared guernseys as they take on the Roos at GMHBA Stadium – and the throwback action won’t just be confined to the playing surface.

There will be big prizes for the best dressed retro fans, special edition footy card poster giveaways of our current Cats stars, and a 60s cover band to set the scene.

The VFL boys will be out as a curtain raiser to the main event which kicks off at 1:45, while past player appearances and a $5,000 cruise giveaway thanks to Geelong Travel make this match a must-see event.
