Scott Selwood remains in doubt for Friday night's huge top-of-the-table clash with the Crows at the Adelaide Oval.
Selwood was a late withdrawal from the team that defeated Hawthorn on Saturday due to hamstring soreness, an issue that has sidelined him since the round 14 win over Fremantle.
“I thought I was good to go [against the Hawks],” Selwood told K rock’s Fresh Daily on Monday morning.
“There was a little bit of tightness through my hips and legs. It was pretty much after training and leading into the game.
“Any sort of awareness, we were pretty happy to pull myself from the game and try not to do anything too bad and too silly at this time of the year.”
Selwood will attempt to prove his fitness on the training track this week, but at this stage he has "no idea" whether he'll be fit to take on the Crows.
“I’m going to have a run around today," he said.
"I’m going to run around Wednesday and see how I feel, and from there I’ll let the medicos make a call.”
