Forwards Mitch Brown and Lincoln McCarthy will come in to the side for the cutthroat semi final.
Making way for the duo are Hamish McIntosh who will miss with knee soreness and Steve Johnson who misses with foot soreness.
It will be the first final for Brown and McCarthy in their short careers.
Absent from the last clash with the Kangaroos in round 19 are Allen Christensen, Shane Kersten, Dawson Simpson and Johnson. Brown, McCarthy, Josh Walker and Jackson Thurlow will be the inclusions to the round 19 side.
The Cats have defeated North Melbourne twice in 2014.
