Geelong's remarkable VFL season has continued with four players and coach Matthew Knights honoured with selection in the VFL team of the year.

Matthew Sully (back pocket), Ben Raidme (wing), Mark Corrigan (half-forward) and Troy Selwood (rover) all were voted into the 2013 team. Knights was selected as the 2013 VFL coach of the year.

The recognition follows midfielder Jordan Schroder's win of the JJ Liston medal as the VFL's best player in a three way tie with Steve Clifton and Mitch Hallahan.
