The Geelong Cats respect diversity, with Respect: for our club, partners, communities and each other among our core values.

Respectful behaviour has a powerful effect on those who are giving respect to others and those on the receiving end. Demonstrating respect to others is our starting point: it's not something that someone has to earn from us.

In support of International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO) Day on 17th May 2013 the Geelong Cats says “no to discrimination” based on sexual preference or orientation, race, gender, disability or age.

We are proud to celebrate diversity and to promote an inclusive environment on and off the field for all people who are a part of the Geelong Cats experience.
