Cats TV caught up with Jimmy Bartel and Scott Gullan for Argue the Toss to speak about Friday night’s blockbuster against Essendon and where they believe the game will be won.

The contest is set to be tight with both Essendon and Cats going into the seventh round undefeated.

Bartel says both teams match up pretty well and the Cats defence and midfield have the capacity to keep up with the Bombers fast pace.

“I think it will be a pretty tough game of course, we all know how well Jobe Watson and Essendon’s midfield has gone.”

“I think ours matches up really well and both sides defence are really settled, so it might come down to which sides key forwards get off the chain and kick three, four or five goals.”
