Dangerfield received 33% of the vote after producing an eye-catching display in Geelong 22-point loss to Collingwood on Thursday night.
The 30-year-old finished with a team-high 32 disposals, 10 clearances and a game-high 603 metres gained.
In the closest count this year, Dangerfield narrowly finished ahead of fellow midfielder Cameron Guthrie who received 30% of the vote.
Guthrie collected 28 disposals and eight clearances against the Pies.
Gary Rohan (8%), Jordan Clark (4%) and Zach Tuohy (3%) round out your top five.
