Geelong's rebel VFL Women's season is set to kick off with a string of games on home turf.
While details are still being confirmed for matches, the Cats are set to host Carlton in their season-opener next weekend, beginning a run of six games at home to launch the season.
The run of home games gives the Cats a good chance to start the season strongly, but means they will be on the road for seven of their final eight matches.

Ground unavailability due to the overlap of VFLW and cricket seasons means many teams will be unable to play at their home ground in the early stages of the season.
The competition's 12 teams are set to play 14 rounds across the season, which starts February 12, with three return fixtures coming against teams that finished in a similar position to them on the 2021 home and away ladder.
The Cats, who finished second, will take on minor premier Collingwood, third-placed Port Melbourne and fourth-placed Casey Demons twice this season.
The Cats and Magpies, who were due to face off in the 2021 season-decider before it was eventually cancelled due to lockdown regulations, will have to wait until Round 8 to face-off again, and are also due to meet in the final round of the home and away season.
Although starting the season at home, the Cats' task will be far from easy, taking on four top-six teams from 2021 in that time, including Geelong's preliminary final opponent Essendon.
This season is shaping as a big one for the Bombers and Hawthorn (who the Cats also host in Round 2), with the two clubs building towards their entry into the AFLW next season.
