GEELONG has recalled two experienced players for its Round 12 clash with the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium on Friday night.
Rhys Stanley returns to the side and will play his first AFL game since Round 9.
The 31-year-old will strengthen Geelong's ruck department after versatile Cat Mark Blicavs has filled the role in recent weeks.
Geelong's forwardline will also get a boost with Gary Rohan named to to return after being a late withdrawal last round.
Stanley and Rohan replace Shannon Neale and Francis Evans who have been omitted.
Neale will be in contention to be named as the medical substitute an hour prior to the first bounce after being named an emergency alongside Mitch Knevitt, Quinton Narkle and Luke Dahlhaus.
The Cats will be chasing their third consecutive victory on Friday night. All the action will get underway from 7.50pm.
