GEELONG has made three changes to its team that will host West Coast at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday at 4.35pm.

Isaac Smith and Mark O'Connor return to the side after being managed last week, whilst Esava Ratugolea gets an opportunity after a string a strong performances for the Bendigo Bank Cats in the VFL.

Jeremy Cameron and Rhys Stanley will miss the Round 23 clash through injury, and Tom Atkins has been managed.

Saturday's final game of the home and away season will be a special occasion for the Club with Patrick Dangerfield set to play his 300th AFL game.

The 32-year-old joined Geelong in 2016 after playing 154 games for the Adelaide Crows between 2008 and 2015.

This week's game will be televised on Fox Footy and streamed via Kayo. 

Both sides will announce their medical substitutes are hour prior to the first bounce.
