Jackson Sheringham, Josh Walker and George Horlin-Smith all come into the side that defeated Adelaide by 38 points in round one.
Sheringham was best on ground for the Cats VFL side on Saturday whilst Horlin-Smith and Walker also impressed.
No players have been omitted from the squad yet with the team to be finalised on Friday afternoon.
The match will be defender Andrew Mackie’s 200th in the hoops.
The game will kick off at 12.10pm local time (1.10pm AEDST).
