Chloe Scheer's brilliant performance in Sunday's victory against Essendon has been rewarded, with the forward recognised as the Round 7 Geelong AFLW Fans MVP, presented by Geelong Dairy.

Scheer was a powerhouse in attack for the Cats with three goals from 13 disposals, nine score involvements and eight marks.

Two of her three goals coming in a blistering final term which helped Geelong to a 15-point victory in the AFLW Country Festival clash.

Scheer was a clear winner in the eyes of Cats fans, drawing 58 per cent of the vote ahead of Amy McDonald (17 per cent) and last week's winner Nina Morrison (5 per cent).
