Liv Stewart will debut for Geelong as the Cats take on Casey Demons at Deakin University on Saturday.
Stewart is one of five inclusions for the Cats, with Cheryl de Groot returning to the side after missing last week through illness.
Ruby Bowers, Mia Fuller and Laura Ryan also return to the line-up.
AFLW-listed players Brooke Plummer and Ingrid Houtsma (both managed) are among the outs, along with Liv Cicolini, Emma Gilligan (both injured) and Jane McMeel.
Both the Cats and Demons enter the clash having won two of their past three contests, with the finals contenders both eager for a win heading into the King's Birthday Long Weekend bye.
It will be an intriguing clash as the competition's best defence in Geelong takes on the highest-scoring side in the Demons.
First bounce is at 12pm on Saturday at Deakin University Elite Sports Precinct.
