Geelong have selected Patrick Retschko with pick 23 in the 2024 Telstra AFL Rookie Draft.
A mainstay for Vic Metro, Oakleigh Chargers and Carey Grammar in 2024, Retschko is a hard running utility who has the size to impact at both stoppages and around the ground.
Recording a time of 6:07 in the 2km time trial at the AFL Draft Combine, Reyschcko has elite endurance and running ability.
In 2024, Retschko averaged 17 disposals per game for the Oakleigh Chargers in the Coates Talent League.
