On this week's episode of 'To the Final Bell,' Cameron Ling and Meg McDonald sat down to preview a big week at the Geelong Football Club.
They reviewed the Cats round two match against St Kilda, while attention has also turned to a blockbuster clash this weekend against Brisbane.
See the best moments below from this week's episode.
Reviewing Round Two
(Timestamp: 5:38 - 10:33)
Cameron Ling: "The start was a credit to St Kilda, they were on and sharp.
"They had clearly learned from their week before, where they had a bad game. They had obviously fixed up a few things during the week, they had a clear focus, their pressure was enormous and their hunt around the contest was excellent.
"We felt a beat late on a few different things; a beat late defending them, a beat late to get that sharp little handball off.
"To the credit of the team, they clearly fixed some things at half time and slowly started to shift things back their way. We made a great run at it, ultimately fell short and it got very interesting but we did get the game going on our terms.
Meg McDonald: "I watched the first three quarters, I had a break and then I watched the last quarter and it almost became how didn't we win, we were that dominant in the fourth quarter.
"We had opportunities, we had set-shots and we missed a few finishes that possibly would have got us over the line."
The Performance of the Cats Young Stars
(Timestamp: 10:34 - 18:18)
Meg McDonald: "We can't help but talk about the young brigade, because it is surely going to be a formative and consequential result in their development.
It was them that turned it around, so often you are waiting for the senior players to lift."
Cameron Ling: "Naturally you can't help but think, if we are going to make a big comeback in this game, Dangerfield will go into the middle and burst out.
"Jezza will kick four or five in the second half, that will get us back in the game.
"The pleasing thing was and finding the silver lining, is it was the younger players who really flicked things around."
Answering some fan questions
(Timestamp: 25:41 - 40:00)
Cameron Ling: "Which moments from our first two games would you like to see more of?
"Of course this seems ridiculously obvious, is when I see the numbers we created pressure wise against Fremantle and the attacking rewards we got off the back of it, if I could magically transplant that to the first half of the Saints game, I think we take care of business.
"It's funny that when I coach the kids, I talk about the need to defend. Tackling and putting pressure on is a mechanism of defence, the reason we defend is to win the ball back.
Meg McDonald: "We went on and on about the forward 50 tackle pressure in the first round. You are right, that meant we were playing front half footy so more of that please."
