Ahead of their blockbuster clash with the GWS Giants this week, the Cats have released a video piece drawing on the reasons which make the club a special place.
Voiced by Hollywood star and long-term Cats member, Guy Pearce, the piece reflects on the club’s storied history and why its members choose to Stand Proud.
From the Cats past greats who combined working the land with playing for the Hoops, through to the inaugural AFLW side in 2019, the video features imagery of the club’s members and supporters showing their passion for the Blue and White.
The club is approaching 60,000 members for the second time in history as they look to break the 2018 record of 65,420 members.
