GEELONG's Gary Rohan has been named as the 2019 Tom Hafey Heart of Football Award Winner.
Rohan received the award from the Variety Children’s Charity, in recognition of his inspirational and selfless actions and dedication to children.
Since coming to the Club, Roahn has completely immersed himself in the Geelong community and the club's community programs, playing an active role in growing the game of AFL through the Footy Cats program.
Rohan has engaged hundreds of Years 3 and 4 students through the Healthy Heroes program and has taken part in Ward Walks and Wishes through the Cats Care program.
Earlier this year, Gary was named as an ambassador for the Geelong Cats Sensory Zone, which caters for Cats fans who suffer from sensory issues and their families at GMHBA Stadium.
More recently, Rohan also came on board as an ambassador for Run4Geelong through the Barwon Health Foundation.
Gary joins an incredible group of previous winners such as Scott Selwood and Harry Taylor.
