The Geelong Football Club inducted 16 new life members on Saturday night.
Among the inductees were star midfielder Mitch Duncan, vice-president Bob Gartland and long-time board member Alistair Hamblin.
As part of the club’s commitment to recognise the period when it was part of the VFA, it also posthumously inducted Phil McShane, Alec Robertson, Harry Steedman, Bob Talbot, Tom Wills, Jimmy Wilson, Tommy Austin, Bertie Collins, Percy Douglass, Billy Foote, Hughie McLean, Jim McShane and Joe McShane.
The Cats now have a total of 376 life members.
