FIVE THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR:
1. PLENTY OF SUPPORT FOR THE DEPARTING STARS
Steven Johnson, James Kelly and Mathew Stokes were outstanding contributors to Geelong's recent era of success. The three played in eight premierships between them and racked up thousands of quality disposals along the way. But all good things come to an end, and this week the Cats announced that the three will all depart the club after Saturday's game. We hope they get a rousing send-off when they strut their stuff at Geelong for the final time.

2. SOME PARTY TRICKS FROM STEVIE J
Many Cats fans are struggling to believe that Steve Johnson's time at the club has come to an end. And he has certainly been a brilliant player during his 14 seasons in the hoops, putting together a rather extraordinary highlight reel in the process. We're backing him to farewell Simonds Stadium with a couple of late contenders for Goal of the Year.
@Steviejohnson20 @GeelongCats Thank YOU SJ! You made a lot of people very happy over your career....all the best for next year and beyond.

3. ANOTHER GAME UNDER DANIEL MENZEL'S BELT
Menzel's four-goal comeback game against Collingwood was amazing, and now he gets another chance to give Geelong supporters a glimpse of what to expect next season. Chris Scott admitted on Friday that the coaches and medical staff had considered putting Menzel in cotton wool after his effort against the Pies, but he cleared every hurdle put in his way during the week. As a result, there was no reason for him to sit out the Crows game.
4. TWO SIDES THAT HARDLY KNOW EACH OTHER
Geelong last played Adelaide in a home and away match in round one of last season. Of course, the gap between games between the teams was never meant to be so great. But their scheduled clash in round 12 was cancelled after the tragic death of Crows coach Phil Walsh. The Cats and Crows did face each other at Simonds Stadium in this year's NAB Challenge. That night Mitch Clark kicked six goals and led Geelong to a 19-point win.
5. TWO CLUBS THAT STARTED WELL
Geelong won 100, lost 99 and drew 1 of its first 200 matches (1897-1908). Adelaide won 99, lost 100 and drew 1 of its first 200 matches (1991-99).
