STAR midfielder Mitch Duncan believes the Cats will need to be at their best for the whole four quarters if they are going to topple Collingwood at the MCG on Friday night.
Duncan was an outstanding contributor in the win over Richmond on Saturday, finishing with 29 disposals and two goals.
But, like most of his teammates, he has had an inconsistent season to date.
"We are just playing patchy footy," Duncan told SEN radio on Monday morning.
"We're very inconsistent at the moment. Our good is very good and our bad is very bad.
"So it's just bridging that gap .... just that consistency across the board. And not having to rely on Joel to do everything, otherwise we'll be losing more games than we win."
