The VFL Cats head into Saturday’s clash with Collingwood another strong side as they looks to make it six wins in a row.
Josh Caddy will return to football after missing six weeks with a knee injury. The VFL Cats also regain Shane Kersten (AFL) and Jordan Cunico (knee) but lose Nathan Vardy (ankle) and Mitch Clark (family).
The VFL Cats currently sit sixth on the ladder with eight wins and five losses and a percentage of 145.84.
Collingwood sit third with ten wins and three losses and are the in-form team of the competition. The Pies are on a winning streak of eight matches and come into Saturday’s game fresh of a Bye.
Last time the two sides met was round 6 this year; the Pies defeated the Cats 8.16.64 to 6.8.44.
This weekend the Cats AFL & VFL teams will wear orange trimmed socks to support the club’s Just Think campaign. Just Think aims to educate the community about responsible drinking behaviours and the consequences of alcohol-fuelled violence.
