Geelong is delighted to announce nine-year-old Mitchell as June's Member of the Month.

Mitchell is so excited for this season to continue on Friday night against the Hawks.

Mitchell's father Shane signed him up as a member when he was only one day old and he has been with us ever since.

During the lockdown period, Mitchell kept his season alive by playing out the season himself in his very own backyard.

It gave him so much joy pretending to be his favourite players, while commentating his play at the same time.

To surprise him, we organised his favourite player Rhys Stanley to send him a special video message.
