Lonergan missed the Cats clash with Sydney last week due to concussion whilst Enright missed with an ankle injury.
Making way for the duo are Jackson Sheringham (omitted) and Travis Varcoe (family funeral).
The Cats (7-3) will take on the Blues (4-6) for the 12th time at Etihad Stadium. The Cats are yet to lose to Carlton at the venue.
