Port Adelaide’s senior coach, Ken Hinkley, has made one change for this week’s clash against the Cats, replacing 77-game player, Paul Stewart, with 2012 debutant Nathan Blee.

According to Hinkley the young defender, who hasn’t played since Round 23 last year, has been ready to join the list for quite some time now.

"We will only make the one change and we'll give an opportunity to 'Bleesy," Hinkley told www.portadelaidefc.com.au.

"(He's) been right around the mark for a long period of time - five or six weeks - and it would be good to see him have a game of football.
"We get an opportunity to see another young player get out there."

This Saturday’s clash at Simonds Stadium Blee will join Port for his fifth AFL game. Hinkley believes his flexibility and pace on the ball will be an asset against the Cats and he really looks forward to getting him out there.

"He's got good speed for a 192cm player and he can kick the ball well,” Hinkley said.

"We're playing Geelong with their key forwards, he's going to be handy for us to chop out down there (in defence) with some of their talls.

"He'll come into the side mainly as a defender but he'll certainly spend time through the middle of the ground and I wouldn't rule out that he'd spend time in the forward line."
