nib Medical Room update
Chapman will be tested to see if he's right to go this week and Daniel Menzel started his two-part knee procedure today
Cats TV joined Geelong’s physio, Mike Snelling, for this week’s nib Medical Room update.
Fortunately for the Cats things are looking up and the injury list is slowly depleting, with many players on their way to a sound recovery.
Josh Cowan and Hamish McIntosh are coming along well, although Snelling says they’re not up to joining the rest of the squad’s training sessions just yet.
Jackson Sheringham is undergoing a conservative six-week rehab program, which will hopefully have him back for this year’s season.
And today Daniel Menzel began the first stage of his two-part knee procedure, whilst Paul Chapman is set to have another test to see if he’s right to go this week.
“Last week in training on the Friday he [Paul Chapman] was about 95% -right, but it was just that little bit that we weren’t comfortable with,” Snelling explained.
“We’ll test him again this week and hopefully he’s available.”
