The AFL has announced a re-shaping of the round six fixture and format of the round seven fixture for the 2020 season.
Originally meant to be taking on St Kilda at Marvel Stadium next Thursday night, the Cats will now travel to the Sydney Cricket Ground to take on the Brisbane Lions on the same night.
Following that the Cats will head over to Western Australia to commence a hub situation for a period of weeks.
To kick off round seven, the Cats will face Collingwood at Optus Stadium in front of 30,000 people.
