Former All-Australian ruckmen Brad Ottens will look to return to the AFL side for the first time since round two after starring in the Cats disappointing 82 point loss to Werribee.

Despite trailing by just 21 points at three quarter time, the Cats were overun in the last quarter to finish 10.2 62 to Werribee 21.18 144.

In his fourth VFL game since coming back from an knee injury, Ottens had 14 possessions, 43 hitouts, six clearances and seven tackles as well as kicking a goal.

Simon Hogan, dropped from the AFL side during the week, had 43 touches and a goal whilst Steven Motlop had 23 touches in his best outing for the club.
