PROMISING young forward Nathan Kreuger has returned to Victoria after developing knee soreness on the Gold Coast.
Kreuger was performing strongly in the Cats practice matches, showing off his athleticism and goal sense in a bright sign of things to come.
“Nathan has been going really well and he did have some knee soreness so we had that investigated up here on the Gold Coast,” GM of Football Simon Lloyd said.
“We had a surgeon look at the scans as well which showed that he need to go in for an arthroscope, it’s relatively minor.
“Come Thursday this week back in Melbounre, Nathan has returned and Julian Feller will operate on his knee to clean things up and make sure that he’s right to go come pre-season.”
