Sam Menegola’s magnificent performance in Geelong’s big win against Essendon has been rewarded with 10 coaches’ votes.

Menegola collected a game-high 30 disposals and pushed forward to kick two goals. He was particularly dominant in the opening half with 10 score involvements and six clearances in the first two quarters.

His best-on-ground showing has moved him up to equal 17th of the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award leaderboard.
